The design of a highly intuitive user-friendly interface was the main challenge for the internal billing site. The goal was to design an interface which would not be intimidating and encourage use, resulting in increased efficiency, cost-savings, and better documentation of communication.
A visual meter was designed so that upon a quick glance users could see how many open requests existed for each department.
